If you have not tried this sauce, stop what you are doing and go buy you some. I have included my link to buy it right from Amazon. This sauce is amazing and works excellent as a marinade, I made Sati Babi pork skewers, and they were a huge hit, and you could taste the savory Bachan's sauce. It is not a thick sauce as it is a mild blend of BBQ and soy sauce. It's not too sweet, has a blend of soy, salty, sweetness. It was amazing when I added it my stir fry that I made on my Blackstone griddle. I have put it on pork chops, chicken, and chicken wings. I most recently used it as my BBQ sauce on my smoked bologna roll. I highly recommend the sauce; you will not be disappointed. According to Bachan's it is made small batch, cold filled, non-GMO, authentic Japanese ingredients, preservative free, and BPA free bottling.

The only con I have with this sauce is the bottle. It is a harder plastic which sometimes makes it a bit of a challenge to squeeze out the desired contents, and the twist spout can sometimes hinder the pouring of the contents as well.

Update: Woohoo as of today, 2/25/23 when I visited my local Costco low and behold, I purchased a bottle of Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce, and the bottle has been redesigned. It is a softer plastic bottle now with a flip top and a pour spout.
