Review of must have Victorinox Fibrox Pro 6-Inch Curved Boning Knife

I bought this knife off of Amazon for $24.99 in January of 2023, now at the time of writing this, Amazon has the same knife on sale for $21.60. I wanted to review an inexpensive knife but quality knife that does well in the kitchen and has caught the eye of 10,772 Amazon reviewers.
Everyone needs a quality sharp knife in the kitchen and if you are considering purchasing a good quality boning knife then this one is definitely one to check out. This is my go-to knife for removing hard fat or silver skin when I am trimming. It will make easy work in removing meat from a bone or cutting through connective tissue or ligaments.
Bottom line this is an excellent knife for the price. Right out of the box, it has a sharp stainless steel bade. It cut through my tri tip steak like butter, and it is an awesome knife to remove hard fat and silver skin. This will be my go-to knife for trimming briskets and other cuts of meat. It has 4.8 out of 5-star reviews on Amazon and there have been 10,772 ratings. The knife has a good flex to help maneuver around your cuts. It has a non-slip plastic handle the feels good in the hand. It is Swiss made and made by Victorinox who has been around since 1884. For the price you cannot beat it, I recommend this knife and I am confident you will be happy with it as well.
