Grocery cost are through the roof. Inflation keeps climbing and it hurts your wallet every time you visit the grocery store. So here is my inflation buster to make a darn good pizza that won't cost you much at all.

This pizza comes out crispy and fast and it is not smoky like a low and slow cook on your pellet grill. This is about the easiest cook you can do on your pellet grill. In a side-by-side comparison the pizza taste better out of the pellet grill over cooking it in your kitchen oven.

Also, in my opinion it tastes better than ordering from the budget friendly pizza places. Get creative and choose what toppings you like.

frozen jacks pizza on pellet grill

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: Cook a couple minutes longer than the oven instructions on what pizza you selected, rotating once halfway throughout the cook.

I cooked this pizza on my Pit Boss 820 Competition Series. Check out the Pit Boss website for their amazing products.

Grab yourself a frozen Jack's pizza and whatever toppings you like. My local Kroger usually sells these pizzas, 3 for $10.00.

You also need a pizza pan like these from Amazon.

Yes, I love anchovies sorry, I also enjoy hot as well, so I add jalapenos and drizzle some Melindas ghost pepper on the top. But again, use the toppings you like.

If you enjoy an excellent craft pepper sauce, try Melinda's 6 pack Sauce from Amazon. I highly recommend.

anchovies and jalapeno frozen pizza
1. Fire up your pellet grill to the temperature the pizza instructions recommend.

2. Keep your pizza frozen and remove from the package.

2. Add the toppings you like; I did add extra cheese over the toppings in the picture.

3. Place your pizza on the pizza pan and place on your pellet grill.

4. Cook your pizza a couple minutes longer than the instructions and make sure to rotate the pizza one time halfway throughout your cook.

Cut your pizza and enjoy!!!!

This isn't fancy gourmet pizza it's just a way to get creative and the toppings you like to make a delicious budget friendly pizza.
