All in all, this is an excellent grill that is perfect for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users. This grill is 8 in 1, it will smoke, bake, roast, braise, sear, grill, BBQ, and char-grill. This grill is easy to use, and easy to maintain and after owning for about a year I can say I have not had one single problem with it. I have cooked everything from veggies, pasta, soups, pizza and every cut of meat you can think of. I have completed long cooks like pork shoulder, and I have done French pizza that is done in about 15 minutes. This grill comes up to temperature quicky and stays consistent.

The Pit Boss phone app is super handy and lets you control grill temperature and monitor your internal meat temperature right from your phone. Pit Boss makes it easy to change pellets with door on the back of the hopper. The hopper can hold up to twenty-one pounds of pellets. Just make sure you pull the grates out and vacuum out the bottom of grill and fire box after every four to five cooks. I also take out broiler plate and scrape off any grease or cooked on residue. Temperature can be set from 180 to 500 degrees, and adjustable in five-degree increments.

The grills temperature holds steady and you have the convenience to open the sear plate with a lever if you want to grill with direct heat. You also get great peace of mind from Pit Boss with their five-year manufacturer's warranty. I think at the time I purchased this grill it was around the $550 price range. I give this grill ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I did have to buy an extra meat probe since it only came with one.

When cleaning your grill do not use metal brushes. The metal can get stuck on the grill or your food which is not safe. And could scratch your porcelain grates. Use a nylon brush, like one below.
